Kelly Rhodes – Operations Manager UK
Kelly has been with Industrial Abseiling since 2006 and oversees the operations and runs the rope access teams from the very bottom of the country up to Glasgow. Kelly has overseen projects for Industrial Abseiling for some of the biggest construction companies in the UK and works closely with Architects and surveying companies up and down the country regarding their access and rope access (Abseiling) projects. |

David Merrick – Senior Leading Hand Landing in Construction
David is one of the founder members of Industrial Abseiling team and has been with the company since its creation. David specialises in the construction industry and is the companies qualified in-house Lead Welder via rope. David has a passion for working in the English Heritage sector and has gained vast experience working on abseiling projects such as Hampton Court, Rufus Castle and the Globe Theatre. |

Gary Wheeler – Leading Hand in NDT and IRATA Level 3 Rope accsess/Abseiling Technician
Gary has a vast experience of all sectors within the rope access/abseiling industry, working on projects as broad as Beetham Tower, Nationwide power stations to rendering walls over Leicester Canal systems. Gary currently holds NDT qualifications within the engineering sector and is also our in-house geotechnical expert overseeing projects such as rock netting the cliff face of Portland in Dorset, by rope. Gary is one of our IRATA level 3 rope access/abseiling technicians. His passion is climbing and his forte is ice climbing. |

Daniel Scot – Leading Hand in Surveys and IRATA Level 2 Rope access / Abseiling Technician
Daniel joined Industrial Abseiling this year and has built up vast experience in rope access (Abseiling) and marine diving, both within the UK and overseas. Daniel has in excess of a 1000 hours rope access time and has just qualified as an IRATA level 2 rope access (Abseiling) technician. Daniel’s main area of expertise is within the field of Non Destructive Testing and currently holds the following NDT certificates; ASNT Liquid permitral testing and ASNT magnetic particle inspection level 2. In addition Daniel holds a UK00A off shore medical certificate and a HSE first aid certificate. Daniel is a welcome addition to the team moving from one of the UK leading rope access (Abseiling) companies. |

Sean O’Reilly- Supervisor/ Rigger and intermediate rope access / Abseiling technician
Sean has been with Industrial Abseiling since 2007 he previously lived and worked as a rope technician in New Zealand for one of the biggest rope access companies in the southern hemisphere, where he has worked on landmarks such as Sky Tower in Auckland NZ. Although Sean is one of the youngest members of the team he has proved to be one to the best commercial riggers in the industry. Sean mains areas of expertise are within the construction industry, including inserting and testing safety eyebolts. Sean is one of Industrial Abseiling supervisors and oversees a London team. |

Kate Wilkinson – Business to Business Development Trainer
Kate Wilkinson joined Industrial Abseiling in August 2007 after a successful career in teaching and one year working as a skills development trainer for a midlands based government agency. Kate was employed by Industrial Abseiling to introduce and develop our training programs internally and via our Business 2 Business links. Kate teaching background has given her an uncanny ability to put people at ease in a classroom situation whilst maintain control over the group. She is the voice of reason in an extreme industry |
